Swimming

Heather got a little pool for her birthday so the girls got to swim last week and over the weekend. It was a little windy so I think they got kind of cold, Claire's lips started to turn blue. Guess that's a pretty good indication!

Topeka Kansas

We sold our Grand Prix to buy a cheaper car from Matt's cousin in Topeka. Last week Matt had a couple of days off so we drove down to get the car and stayed a couple nights. Claire loved playing with her 4 cousins, she got to play with, Zach, Zoya, Jayden, and Taylor. We got to see Brett's new state patrol chopper (Matt's cousin's husband) he just got his pilots license so that was neat.

Claire is what we consider walking, she will walk for a while then crawl. She is getting really good.

I Love Daddy

Well I noticed I don't have many pictures of Matt on this website. Claire loves Matt, she gets so excited when he comes home and she points outside and says DaDa when he is gone. They love to play outside on her swing and look at the birds.

Bon Fire

On Saturday we went to Aunt Becky and Sarah's house for a bon fire, Sarah has a little fire pit and we roasted hot dogs. Their yard is so nice and open. Claire had a wonderful time, here she is with Aunt Becky and Grandma Weyer.

Happy Birthday Heather

Happy Birthday Heather!!! Today is Claire's best friends 1st Birthday. We had music class this morning and went along with Heather to get her 1st pictures taken yesterday. It was so much fun and Claire got to be in one of the pictures with Heather, they turned out really cute. I will share them with you in another post.

Jenn and I can't believe how fast the girls are growing, it brought tears to our eyes that Heather is already 1 and Claire is on her way. We are so thankful to have such great neighbors and friends!

Growing Up

Claire took two actual steps by herself today before tumbling to the ground on her face. She is a pretty daring child lately so we think she might be moving up into the vertical world soon.
